Please help us document our history.
The COVID-19 pandemic is an unprecedented experience for us all. The Sherrill-Kenwood Free library is working to document our community’s experiences to add to our history archives and those of the City of Sherrill. Interested residents of all ages, local businesses and organizations are encouraged to share their stories during this time. Ideas include keeping a journal of your thoughts and feelings or sharing a single story or a series of stories about what you are doing and how this has impacted your life. Artwork and photographs are also welcome. People are welcome to share stories of daily activities, hardship, positive experiences and/or whatever they would like to contribute. Contributions can be emailed to the library at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the subject line please include Sherrill COVID-19 Story. You can also mail contributions to the library at 543 Sherrill Road or leave them in the drop box. If you would like to include your name and age, please do or please let us know if you would like to remain anonymous. Thank you for supporting your library and our efforts to document our history.
