Be an Advocate
You can help your library most by being an advocate of the library. Tell everyone that you know what the library has done for you, and the value that you think it brings to the community. Don’t stop with telling your friends and family. Spread the word, tell your representatives at all levels of government how important it is to continue to fund this community resource.
Monetary Donations
The library appreciates any monetary donations. These can be earmarked for the purchase of specific improvements (technology, furniture, etc), towards increasing our collections (books, movies, etc), or towards general operating expenses. Memorial donations towards materials will be acknowledged and materials will contain a memorial bookplate. Please contact the Director, Mary Kay Junglen, if you wish to make a donation to the library.
Material Donations
The library gratefully accepts donations of gently-used hardcover and paperback books. These donations will be evaluated by the Library Director and either added to our collection or sold through our ongoing used book sale. Encyclopedias, text books, and condensed books, musty books or books in poor condition are not accepted.
